yeah most of universities are the same.I am wondering when will they consider their students first and then their fame.I’m ashamed of them.

I have been preparing for the TOEFL iBT the last two months, but I have to crack the fucking CET-4 that will be hold in 23, June.
My university does not allow freshmen attend the CET-4, only because they appreciate higher passing rate, even if you can get 90+ in each and every English terminal exam.
